About the artist

Elidi is a watercolor painter who specializes in painting animals, scenes of nature, and New England landscapes. She is a self-described antique lover, Francophile, and chicken enthusiast. She is a self-taught artist and began painting during the coronavirus pandemic. Four years later, she participates in art shows surrounding Boston.

Elidi draws inspiration for her work from the children’s books that she read with her sisters as a child, the animals that her family raises, and the beautiful outdoor sites where she would paint during the pandemic. Her favorite locations to paint are the areas surrounding Concord, which served as the setting for her favorite novel, Little Women.

In addition to selling her original works, she also accepts individual commissions to paint family pets, sentimental locations (such as wedding venues or homes), and custom wedding art including portraiture and drink menus.
